Privacy policy

FOMO Labs is the AI consultancy of Mariano Bertón and Guillermina, based in Argentina. This page explains what data we receive, what we use it for and what you can ask of us. If anything is unclear, write to [email protected].
1. What you leave on the website
- Forms (contact and the AI use policy template): your email and whatever you write. We use it to reply and send you what you asked for.
- Diagnostic: the answers you choose and, if you ask for the report, your contact details.
- WhatsApp and booking: if you message us or book a call, we have your number, your name and what you tell us.
- All of it goes into our internal client management platform. We don't sell it or hand it to third parties.
2. Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta pixel to know how many people visit, where they come from and which pages they see. These tools use cookies and technical data from your browser. You can block them in your browser settings and the website keeps working.
3. Internal email tool (mail-cleaner)
mail-cleaner is an internal tool we use only with our own Gmail accounts. It is not open to the public. With your explicit permission on Google's consent screen, it uses the Gmail API to:
- Read message headers, snippets and attachments, to search, classify and summarize them (for example, invoices and payments).
- Label, archive or move messages to the trash, and create filters and mailing list unsubscribes.
- To classify a message, its sender, subject and a snippet may be sent to an AI classification service, for that purpose only.
4. How we handle Google data
- Data is stored on FOMO Labs' computers, never on public servers, and access tokens are not shared.
- We don't use Gmail data for advertising, we don't sell it and we don't transfer it to third parties, except as needed for the classification described above.
- We don't use Gmail data to train general-purpose AI models.
- FOMO Labs' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
- You can revoke access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
5. How long we keep it
Contact data, while there is a conversation or project in progress, and afterwards until you ask us to delete it. Email data, while the tool is in use on that account; when access is revoked, we delete what we stored.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data by writing to [email protected]. We reply within 10 business days, as set by Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law 25.326. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, as the authority for that law, handles complaints from anyone whose rights are affected.
7. Changes
If we change this policy, we update this page and the date above.
