AI consulting and product development

We go into your company. We don't leave until it works without us.

We look at how the work gets done today, tell you where AI pays off and build there, on the systems you already use.

Free. At the end you see your number, and that's when you decide whether to talk.

  • 12 companies running systems we built
  • 6 weeks to the first system in production
  • 40 systems ready to build, one per process
  • 1 platform where you watch your systems run

3-minute diagnostic

How much is the manual work costing you?

Fourteen questions about how the work gets done today. You leave with how many hours a month go into manual work, what that's worth a year, and where to start.

What you get

  • A number in hours How many hours a month go into manual work, adding up the two processes that weigh most.
  • A number in money What that's worth a year at your hourly cost. A range, because you answer in ranges.
  • Where to start The processes ordered by hours, with what we'd do in each one and how fast it gets built.
  • What we wouldn't touch What doesn't pay for a system yet. Saying so is part of the diagnostic.

How we work

We don't sell AI. We sell that it works.

We understand how your company works today and build right there, so AI does the heavy lifting with your team inside.

  1. 01 Weeks 1–2

    Discover

We talk for 30 minutes. Then we sit down with the people who do the work. You leave with a short list of what to do first, and why.

  2. 02 Weeks 3–6

    Pilot

One thing, small, with real data. We measure before and after, in your operation.

  3. 03 Weeks 7–10

    Adopt

What worked goes to production and the team takes ownership: training on their cases, use policy, a visible metric.

  4. 04 Weeks 11+

    Scale

What's next. New processes, new areas. AI stops being a project.

Every stage can be the last one: at each step you decide whether we continue. We give the numbers in the first conversation.

Results

Results, not pilots.

Three systems running in companies.

Wholesale distribution · Wholesale distributor of cleaning products

Four out of ten orders arrived after 6pm. Now they load on their own.

The order comes in over WhatsApp, in whatever format it arrives. The system checks it against the current price list, confirms it with the customer and loads it into Tango. It flags only what doesn't add up for review.

Distribution · Distributor of hardware and plumbing supplies

100 prices got checked a week. The other 3,700, never.

The system crawls competitor sites every day, matches each product to its own, and flags it when the gap crosses that category's threshold. Whoever sets prices changes them or doesn't.

Engineering and tenders · Electromechanical engineering and installation company

They bid on three tenders a month. Now they bid on nine, with the same people.

Three steps, one chain: the system crawls the portals every day, pulls deadlines, requirements and amounts from the tender document into a spreadsheet with a link to the paragraph, and drafts the proposal. The two people in the tenders team review and sign.

House rule: a number is only published when it can be defended with a period and a method. Otherwise we tell the fact. A number without a method is worse than no number.

Who we are

Who you'll be working with.

  1. We go in.
  2. We look.
  3. We build.
  4. We measure.
  5. We maintain.

Inside your company, with the people who do the work. What we build stays in your accounts and documented, made so you can carry on without us.

We work with companies in Argentina and Latin America.

Questions

The ones we get asked before hiring us.

My team already uses ChatGPT. Isn't that enough?

It's a good start, and we'll tell you so. What it doesn't do on its own is integrate with your systems, follow data rules or keep working when nobody is watching.

Why don't you just sell me what I need?

Because we don't know what you need yet, and neither do you. That's why the first stage is measuring, not selling.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what has to be built and how many areas are involved. We say it with numbers in the first conversation, before you ask, and what it doesn't include too: the tools (WhatsApp API, models, hosting, licenses) are contracted in your name and paid by you, with no margin for us.

What if you don't find anything?

We tell you on the first call, or at the end of the pilot, in writing. We charge for the work of measuring, not for a promised result.

Will you break the system that works today?

No. We build alongside it, integrated through APIs, without touching what runs. What shouldn't be touched goes in writing in the deliverable.

What happens when you leave?

Everything stays in your accounts and documented. It's designed so you can keep going without us.

Let's talk

Are we the right fit for your company?

Tell us what's going on and we'll tell you frankly whether we can help, and how.

  • We reply within 24 business hours
  • The first conversation is free
  • We come prepared: you leave with three concrete things for this quarter, whether you continue with us or not.

Rather write?

We use your data only to reply. We don't share it or add you to any list unless you ask.
